sometimes it’s okay to eat just because you want to. You don’t have to be starving. You don’t have to plan for everything you’re going to consume on any given day. Your intake doesn’t have to be exact or perfect. Your body will balance everything out. So if an extra cookie sounds good today, go for it. Let go of the rigidity.I needed this
